Work Logs are:
We make work logs for
keeping track of the web
master's work and progress
on selected projects. Not all
projects or upgrades are
selected, but many that we
want shared with the team
and or the public are updated.
We offer extensive tracking to
projects that effect the
individual sites, sites in
multipal and site plans.
We make updates at end of
day and at end of SF
sessions. We also have a
contributor index which
allows individual managers,
web masters and
contributors to save pages of
information. The BSF for this
/team folder is dedicated to
making sure the updates are
added and updated.
BSF Breakdown
B - Box is updated with all
kinds of daily or weekly
updates by anyone.
B can be dashed upto 01/09
and looks likd this: box_01
(this allows 9 contributors).
F - Fly is all team and run by
the main web master only.
S - sky is loaded in two parts
and has a top and bottom.
Box (box_00) is the top and
is a summary of all. This
allows all to see and use the
system and be updated
online rather than waiting for
a meeting or work review.
